Am I Inept?

BWH and I have been trying to get my BLOG to come back from the wounds some how inflicted upon it. Some of my stuff is missing. BWH was kind enough to help me out and he set me up a "test Blog" for me to try new things. I tried some of them and saved the changes to the template, republished the blog and clicked on view blog. Guess what I found? You got it, NOTHING!!!! Thank you BLOGGER!! Now that I have been sarcastic can some one tell me what it is that I have done wrong? This is not a completely unusual occurance I have posted some times and the posts did not come up on the Blog for almost 24 hours. Is it me?

Of course as soon as I complain the changes show up. BWH if you are reading this what is going on? Do I need to post or change things and then go away for awhile until the changes take effect? Thanx again!!!
